Wicked Weekend of Wheels

So you missed the Nationals in Dallas or maybe you are wanting to have some more Hot Wheels fun? Take a trip out east this summer and head to Connecticut for the 2004 Wicked Weekend of Hot Wheels.
Sponsored by the Southern New England Hot Wheelers, this ‘East Coast’ Hot Wheels convention is sure to please.
From the room to room trading, Downhill racing, Customizing Contest, (a club only custom category as well), and kids events. There will be something for every collector.
There will also be a Saturday auction, Saturday night dinner with special guests, and a Sunday Toy Show.
In addition to all of these events, Mattel will have their infamous ‘Vending Machine’, who knows what you’ll pull out of the machine.
The Hotel is also making sure that all of the rooms being used by attendees are on the correct floors. When calling in your reservation, you can request the Buyer, Seller, or Redline floors. This is a big improvement over previous conventions that usually have the rooms spread out and not organized.
There will be several South Texas Diecast Members and Space City members making the trip. They will be representing the Texas clubs.
The ‘Wicked Weekend’ will be held July 30, 31, and Aug 01, 2004. in Hartford, CT at the Bradley Sheraton.
